Description

Go beyond the textbook to meet your learners where they are! In this workshop, we’ll discuss how to help students engage with English outside of the classroom by testing an innovative mobile learning program, and we’ll demonstrate how to blend such a program with classroom learning. We’ll share lessons learned while creating mobile content, using simple technology and learners’ everyday experiences to create realistic dialogues that promote skills in listening, grammar and speaking. Using the dialogues you create, we’ll pull out grammar and vocabulary to create engaging and relevant activities that reinforce learning.
